Norton has a wide range of personal experience in leading people on large scale projects involving strategy and change, as well as once being the Managing Director of Aberdeen Airport. He is an experienced leadership and business development coach who is well placed to guide leaders and enable organisations to improve their effectiveness. Norton also gives time to sharing his experience within the Business Mentoring Scotland Scheme.

Lynn Carpenter

Lynn joined On Purpose in 2006, and shares it’s passion for developing people. As a coach and facilitator she seeks to empower others. Lynn has a background in education, having been a class teacher for several years including one who works with children who have challenging behaviours and Autism. In this environment she has led teams of professionals, parents and carers to achieve outstanding results. Through her educational background Lynn has developed the ability to create supportive learning environments in which adults, children and businesses can grow develop.
Lynn is an NLP practitioner and has many years of experience at coaching and facilitating. She has worked with leaders and teams to discover how their behaviours effect others as well as working with individuals to increase their understanding of self and enable them to achieve their goals, dreams and ambitions. |

He is also an existential psychotherapist and has his own private practice in London.
