In recognising that HR is viewed differently in all companies, On Purpose are offering two days of discovering the reasons behind this and exploring the attributes that are required for HR to be leaders.

Time will then be spent with On Purpose examining leadership as an HR professional and exploring the difficulties of creating followership whilst managing the paradoxical relationships of organisation and employees.

For HR Directors, Senior HR Managers, Senior HR Advisors and Senior L & D Managers in organisations.
