Personal Leadership at Work

How to choose the right leadership role for you

For Emerging Leaders

A challenging experience which develops emerging leaders’ self awareness and adaptability through aligning what provides them with meaning in their life and work.

Objectives

To provide participants with the intra-personal and emotional intelligence needed to lead.

To develop self-confident and decisive individuals who have the personal power to motivate and inspire others.

Participant Profile:

Potential and existing managers and leaders who need to earn trust and attract motivated followers.

During ‘Personal Leadership at Work’ you will discover:

  • The value of congruent and authentic leadership.
  • How to build trust through personal alignment.
  • More about yourself and what really motivates you.
  • How well you are living to your personal strengths, inner beliefs, desires and sense of purpose, and their alignment?
  • What impact this may have on your current role and career ambitions.
  • Any self-imposed ‘comfort zones’ that may be limiting your creativity, growth and development – as an individual, employee and/or effective leader.
  • How to build an appropriate methodology to assist you in implementing immediate and long-term change.

“Alpha leaders attempt to ‘walk their talk’ as best they can. They tend to be more aware than others of their values and beliefs, and make efforts to reflect these in their behaviour that we call ‘charisma’. It inspires profound trust in those who work with us.”

Robert Dilts, Alpha Leadership
