Leading and Living

How to re-energise and grow your leadership role

For Senior Managers and Executives

A week in the French Alps to re-evaluate the fundamental principles behind the crucial choices you have made in life and an opportunity to re-grow the authentic and mindful leader within you.

Objectives

To create a relaxed environment where participants can take stock and develop a deep sense of personal leadership and self-awareness from which to re-define their future leadership roles.

To realise a wider understanding that life is the career and a moment by moment journey through which ‘work’ and ‘life’, and our ‘strengths’ and ‘limitations’ are all integrated.

To sustain our energy and feelings of fulfilment by learning how to relax body and mind and creating calm and space.

Participant Profile:

 Senior Managers and Executives who:

  • Need to re-set their sails so that their future leadership role is more meaningful, both organisationally and personally.
  • Are feeling stuck or stressed within their current situation at work or home and need to learn to live and lead in a more integrated manner.

During ‘Leading and Living’ you will discover:

  • A deep sense of self from which to live and lead in a world of ambiguity, paradox and change.
  • The value of improved personal leadership and self-awareness.
  • The importance of personal reflection time in order to remain efficient and effective
  • How to take personal responsibility for living and leading in a more integrated and genuine way.
  • What may be stopping you from having harmony and balance in your life.
  • Any self-imposed ‘comfort zones’ that may be limiting your continuous growth and achievement.
  • Simple ways to relax your mind and body.
  • The importance of establishing a calm and relaxing space.
  • The benefits of being still and silent

“Leadership is about learning how to shape the future. Leadership exists when people are no longer victims of circumstances but participate in creating new circumstances.”

Peter Senge
