(This course would particularly benefit those who have previously attended the ‘Personal Leadership at Work’ experience.)

Objectives

To provide participants with a perspective of what leading authentically would look like with respect to letting go and finding the flow within organisations.

During ‘The Art of Leading Authentically’ you will discover:

  • In what areas your leadership style will need to change.
  • What type of cultural archetype your organisation represents.
  • The implications for your organisational culture with respect to becoming more self-nurturing and emergent.
