‘Take the Lead’ is a learning experience which incorporates 6 days of workshops spread over 6 months.
Participants can choose add-on components (i.e., coaching, 360, DiSC) to further enhance their learning experience.

- How to further develop your communication skills to build cooperation

- More about what’s important to others, what their positive intention may be when faced with uncertainty and change.
- How to help those you lead dovetail their agendas with the business agenda

- Why developing trust increases the chances of achieving results.
