Does daily life often challenge you? Do you feel like you have lost your sense of direction or are trying to cope with change? Do you want to know what’s really important to you in your life right now?
The On Purpose team invite you to spend two days finding out what really are the challenges in your life and how to become more content.
During the two days you will start to discover what gives you meaning and purpose in life. This will enable you to focus on where your feeling of contentment comes from. In contrast, learning about your values and what barriers and obstacles you may have can help put perspective on those daily challenges. Once you are clear about where you are going with your life and where you are trying to get to, you start to be more fulfilled and energised. By becoming aware of how you interact with and impact the people around you, you can start to have more control in your life right now.
Objectives:
To create an environment where people can explore their life challenges and dilemmas.
To find a way to move forward with purpose and commitment towards realizing some important goals.
Participant Profile:
