£7,870 per team (max 10 per group) +VAT

Cancellation policy:

An administration charge of 25% of the course fee will apply for cancellations 4 to 8 weeks prior to the course start date. Thereafter, full course fees due.

Developing Leaders within a Safety Culture

Gaining an understanding of the behaviour and attituide required for you to lead within a safety culture

For groups and teams

A practical experience which examines how safety leadership works and how your leadership impacts the safety culture around you.

The course may also be structured to dovetail with your existing Safety Leadership programme and key messages.

Objectives:

To provide participants with the awareness of how important trust, integrity and authenticity are within their safety leadership role.

Participant Profile:

For managers and leaders with a responsibility for creating and maintaining a safety culture.

During ‘Developing Leaders within a Safety Culture’ you will discover:

  • The efficiency of trust

  • How your beliefs and values about safety influence your safety behaviour

  • How your leadership behavioural ‘norms’ set the standards of behaviour during challenging situations

  • How you may have to be to create new and improved ways of leading within your organisation’s safety culture

  • The importance of speaking your truth

  • How you respond to uncertainty
