Coaching / Feedback Support (A)

Initial Coaching Session with participants to establish:

• Authentic leadership style
• Business context
• Leadership challenges

Participants receive psychometric at programme start.

Participants return psychometric within three weeks.

Participants receive feedback prior to Workshop #1.

Participants receive first coaching session pre-Workshop #1 to:

• Set and understand expectations
• Help prepare for Workshop
• Establish a personal case for change (using feedback)
• What to focus on in creating a more effective team and how to feedback results to the team to create a platform for change

Workshop #1
Team Alignment I

Workshop #1

• Full Day Workshop
• Monday
• Venue - Marcliffe at Pitfodels Hotel, Aberdeen
• Facilitators - PS & NB-S
• Objective:
  To gain an understanding of the concept of 'task through relationship'; carry out some supporting 'team alignment' exercises; and, position the post-workshop homework exercises

Pre-Work #2
Coaching / Feedback Support (B)

Participants given Pre-Work at the end of Workshop #1:

• Team Assessment 360
• Team Alignment exercises

Participants return 360 data within 4 weeks.

Participants receive 360 report and feedback prior to Workshop #2.

Participants receive 2 coaching sessions pre-Workshop #2 to:

• Provide support in doing homework exercises
• Help prepare for Workshop #2
• What to focus on in creating a more effective team and how to feedback results to the team to create a platform for change

Workshop #2
Team Alignment II & Coaching Support (C)

Workshop #2:

• Full Day Workshop
• Monday
• Venue: Marcliffe at Pitfodels, Aberdeen
• Facilitators: PS & NB-S
• Objective:
  To gain an insight into how to create an enabling and
  reinforcing environment for team alignment to take place; carry out some additional supporting ‘team alignment’ exercises

Coaching Support (C):

• Participants receive two 1hour coaching sessions
